Abstract

Rakstā tiek pētīts spēkā stājušos tiesas nolēmumu pārskatīšanas pamatojums un procedūra sakarā ar Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesas konstatētajiem Eiropas Cilvēktiesību un pamatbrīvību aizsardzības konvencijas pārkāpumiem lietas izskatīšanā Somijas Augstākajā tiesā, sakarā ar ko iesniedzējs vērsies Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesā. Autori pauž viedokli, ka Konvencijas 6. panta nepietiekoša korelācija ar Somijas likumdošanas aktiem izvirza nepieciešamību nacionālajā tiesību sistēmā uzlabot cietušās puses restitutio in integrum garantijas.
