SUPPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO CHOOSE A PROFESSION IN THE PROCESS OF CAREER EDUCATION IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

Inese Selivončika

Abstract

Lack of information is one of the main challenges for learners to participate in various competitions and events. Schools need various activities, during which students are informed and motivated to participate in various competitions, receive the necessary information from various aspects: from a theoretical and practical point of view, so that young people learn about the resources available to them in Rezekne secondary schools. Here, learners can receive support, ideas, advice, experience for further career development. There is a need to organize more career guidance activities for learners about the importance of the self-motivation process and the career development process.
