Abstract

The article summarises information from different scientific sources, there are investigated main human resource management efficiency measurment problems. During the analysis of problems there were nominated various issues that different companies and organizations may use in order to improve human resorces management effectivness evaluation as well as improve the company’s performance by using this system. In the conclusion of this article the author summarises the main issues and principles that relates to human resource management efficiency.
