Abstract

The aim of the scientific article: is to describe and summarize the available literature sources about the advantages and the most significant disadvantages of the distance learning process. The scientific article summarizes how the distance learning process affects students and lecturers, and what are the advantages and most significant disadvantages of such a study process. At the beginning of the pandemic, the distance learning process developed rapidly, which surprised both students and lecturers, as they unexpectedly had to adapt to the new study process and acquire new skills, lecturers to be able to give lectures effectively remotely and students to learn lectures. The distance learning process has both advantages and disadvantages, which are also described in the research. Within the framework of the research, the analysis of literature and materials and the logical constructive method are used to gather the opinions of various authors on the topic of the scientific article.
