Iveta Ludviga was born in Riga and graduated Latvian Academy of Agriculture in 1986. She was entrepreneur for many years, later business consultant before she started her academic career in 2007. Currently is Associate Professor of Management and director Postgraduate study programmes at RISEBA University, Latvia. She received her PhD from RISEBA and her MBA from The University of Salford, UK. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship and HRM, and addresses engagement, satisfaction and cross-cultural issues.
