Mg.sc.soc. Ligita KŪLE In 2007 she graduated the Rezekne Higher Education Institute and acquired a professional bachelor education and social pedagogue qualifications. In 2013 she graduated the Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences and acquired a professional master's degree in social sciences. Master's Thesis: " Institutionalization of the social pedagogue profession in Latvia." It has work experience with high social risk students boarding school and social services while managing social service departments of night shelter. Manual social field workers "Social Human Security: children and families with children in Latvian" (2014) co-author. From 2016 participates in the national research program EKOSOC-LV Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences of Social, Economic and Humanities Research Institute. Actively participates in a number of non-governmental organizations to work as a volunteer: Latvian federation of social pedagogue (2010-2013), Velku biedrība, Aluksne children, young people with special needs in society "Saulstariņi". Dr.pol.sc. Feliciana RAJEVSKA Associate professor of Public Policy Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences Cēsu street 4, Valmiera LV-4201, Latvia Dr.Feliciana Rajevska since 2006 is Associate professor of Public Policy at the Faculty of Society and Social Science Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, Valmiera, Latvia and researcher at the Institute of Social, Economic and Humanities Research (HESPI, ViA). For 6 years (2006-2012) F.Rajevska was director of master study program Governance and Communication in ViA. She delivered courses of Social Policy and Political Process in Latvia for bachelor students and course Policy Analysis for master students in program Governance and Communication. Expertise in spheres of social policy, pension policy, social exclusion and inclusion. Rajevska has participated, as researcher in national, bilateral and international projects, funded by the Research Council of Norway, Council of Europe, European Commission and the Latvian Ministry of Science and Education, was the local consultant of World Bank. In 2010-2014 she was the head of project National Identity and Social Human Security in the framework of National Research Program National Identity. Since 2014 she is head of project Social and Political Transformation in Latvia in the Post-crisis Period in EKOSOC-LV research program. Has many publications. The last one „Latvia: both sides of the economic recovery success story” (co-author L.
