NATALIA E. ZNAK went to the Moscow Teacher Training University where she studied Physics and obtained her degree in 1997. Then she started Postgraduate programme in Moscow Teacher Training University. She worked at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) since 2005. Then she obtained her doctoral degree in Physics in 2008. NATALIA S. SEDOVA was born in Blagoveshcensk, Russia and went to the Pskov State Teacher Training Institute where she studied Mathematics and Practical Psychology and obtained her degree in 1998. Then she started Postgraduate programme in Moscow Teacher Training University. She worked at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) since 2007. Then she obtained her doctoral degree in Theory and Methods of Education in 2011 at the Herzen State Pedagogical University.
