Karina Zalcmane

Karina Zalcmane is a lecturer at Riga Stradins University (Latvia, Riga) and a lawyer at private sector. She received a Bachelor of Science in Law from University of Latvia (Latvia, Riga) in 2008, and same year she completed a professional higher education program “Education and Sport Specialist” with the professional qualification of Sports Dance coach (Latvian Academy of Sport Education, Latvia, Riga). In year 2010 Mrs Zalcmane obtained Master’s Degree (Master of Law - LLM) in Entertainment law from Westminster University (Great Britain, London). At the moment (year 2018) Mrs. Zalcmane is a candidate for a Doctoral degree at Riga Stradins University and working on her Doctoral dissertation on the subject: Criminogenic manifistations of football fans and its prevention. Karina Zalcmane is a member of the board (MoB) of the International Sports Law Association (IASL) since 2017 and a member of IASL Committee on Integrity, Security and Safety of Sports Competition since 2016 (Member of IASL since 2010)
