Opportunities for Training the Unemployed in Latvia

Abstract


The article provides a theoretical overview and analysis of the research on the opportunities of the unemployed to receive education and its impact on their personality development. There are discussed the opportunities of the unemployed to use the education free of charge, determine changes in possible situations and working out an effective life strategy in the future.
