MEDIATION AT SCHOOL: INSIGHT IN METHODOLOGICAL SOLUTION OF TEACHERS' PRACTICAL EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR

The proposed paper is the final paper in the authors' series on the use of mediation in conflict resolution. The authors have developed the content and methodology of the educational practical seminar „Mediation at School” and approbated it by training social educators at Rezekne Academy of Technologies in 2015. The material can be used for the promotion of mediation as a tool for effective conflict resolution at school and the improvement of professional competence of specialists working in adult education.
